The Social Media Tag // All the Blogger Love + Recognition!!

Besides Harry Potter, something that makes me very happy is blogger appreciation.

Bloggers are incredibly hard workers. We read books, write blog posts, interact with other bloggers, all while going to school or work. How do we do it, honestly. One of my favorite things to do is talk about how amazing other bloggers are!

Thankfully, tags like this exist. 😉 Today I’ll be participating in the Social Media tag, which I was tagged for by Lily, Kimberly, and Ally. I’m so, so excited to be sharing my love and appreciation for other blogs in this post!

Without further ado, let us begin.

Hi, I’m Olivia, and I love contemporaries way too much.

Okay, maybe not way too much, because there’s no such thing as loving contemporaries too much. They deserve all the love and hugs and heart eyes in the world, am I right?! The answer is yes.

Review: Emma, by Jane Austen // A Classic That’s Worth (Buddy) Reading

Classics are amazing.

But you know what’s even better than a classic? A review and buddy read of a classic with a fellow blogger. 😉 So if you couldn’t tell, I’m so excited for today’s post- a discussion of my thoughts about Emma, by Jane Austen.

I know classics aren’t for everyone, but I love them dearly. One of my all time favorites was Pride & Prejudice, and I made it one of my goals to read more books by Jane Austen soon- and I’m working towards that goal by reading Emma! Even if you’re not the biggest classic lover, maybe my review will be convince you to read it.

My One Major Problem With Harry Potter + Other Thoughts // ft. Opinions on Snape, Harry’s Flaw, & More

So. It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with Harry Potter.

And if you didn’t know that yet- hi, I’m Olivia and my letter to Hogwarts got lost in the mail. I usually can’t go more than a few blog posts without mentioning Harry Potter one or two or twenty times. I’ve read the books and seen the movies more times than I can count, and my Harry Potter Pinterest board has 305 pins on it.

In short, I’m obsessed.

Recently, I decided it was time for another Harry Potter reread. I went through the books, and while I still absolutely love them and the magic hasn’t left at all, I noticed some of my opinions have changed about the book as I got older.

Today I’m going to be talking about a few random thoughts I had, as well as my one major problem with Harry Potter (that I hadn’t really noticed until this reread). Let’s get started! 🙂

July Recap (lots of reading, blogging, & more reading) + Hi There, August!

Someone please help me slow down time.

I’m at such a loss for how this year is over halfway over, and I can’t believe that summer is coming to a close (at least for me) this month. Wasn’t it just May? But, July was a great month and I can’t wait to talk about it in today’s post! 🙂

Today I’m going to be summing up my month, talking about what I read and did and also talking about my goals for August. Let’s get into it!
